Many things can get in the way of having the life and the relationships we desire.  Grief, infidelity, conflict, stress, and care-giving for a loved one can take a toll on our emotional and physical well-being and our most intimate relationships.



Conflict is stressful and impacts many areas of our lives. When you are in conflict with another person, it can be helpful to have a neutral third party assist you in navigating and understanding the conflict. Mediation is a neutral process in which the mediator listens to both parties to gain an understanding of each person's perspective and works with everyone involved to create a lasting, workable solution.

Conflict Coaching & Training

Many of us did not grow up simply knowing how to resolve conflict peacefully. Becoming an effective communicator requires training, self-awareness, and practice. I work with individuals and groups on building skills and confidence in communicating effectively.
